【Sep.3 ・・・Welcome Tokyo Party】
Raffael
took part in our party with some
HC members.
We had a good time. Thank you
for coming!!
■Welcome party pics
【Sep.4 ・・・ Mt.Fuji viewing and ONSEN】
I took him to Tanuki-lake for viewing Mt.Fuji.
And we went to "Shiraito-no-taki"
water fall. After that, he went to Hakone and enjoyed
ONSEN and eating magical black egg. If you
eat them, you can live longer.... After Hakone,
I picked him up the station near my plac
and had a dinner.
【Sep.5 ・・・Tea ceremony and so on】
5th morning, we went to "Mariko-shuku". Its an ancient
hotels' street. And we visited "Kashibaya".
It was the hotel for Samurai. And we
tried Tea ceremony at "Gyokuro-no-sato".
We can enjoy two type of tea ceremony, and
we tried traditional style one.
【Home party】
After Tea ceremony, he move to Tokyo from
Shizuoka by Shinkansen and had a dinner meeting
at Itoshin's apartment with the folks who
took part in welcome party on last Sunday.
He stayed Itoshin's apartment, and visited
Kamakura with keiks next day.

本人の希望により鎌倉観光に同行して参りました。
「禅」にとても興味があるとの事で、鎌倉の禅宗のお寺中心に周りました。
鎌倉観光コース
円覚寺→東慶寺→浄智寺→建長寺→鶴岡八幡宮→鎌倉大仏→由比ガ浜
です。
いかにも「観光客向け〜」といった場所には興味がないようで、鶴岡八幡宮はイマイチだったようです。でもそれ以外は、初めての寺巡りという事もあって、本人とても感動していました。特に日本独特の庭園(建長寺）と巨大な鎌倉大仏には満足のご様子でした。途中で寄った和紙のお店でお土産を購入していました。今回、私自身初めてのおもてなしでしたが、外国人の視点で鎌倉を観る事ができて大変勉強になりました。

(写真３）スイスには海がないと言う事で、水着を持参して海水浴をとても楽しみにしていましたが、あいにくの天気で足を漬ける程度に終わりました
